Happy Monday!!!  Hope your weekend was a good one!  Mine was fantastic!  Lots going on and I wish I could share with you the exciting things going on with me but I can’t quite yet.  I am still waiting on the “OK” to share the information.   It will be soon I promise.  It was a gloomy rainy weekend with the addition of snow.  We have more snow moving.  I am so thankful that I have my wonderful art to occupy my time during this long winter.

I am sharing a card that I created for a COTM at Stampers Corner.  The theme is “Friends”.  The collage image is by Lisa’s Altered Art.   The pattern paper is by GCD Studios.   The “Buds” is unknown and the ribbon is from Michael’s.

TGIF!!!!!!  Hope you are having a fantastic evening and beginning of the weekend.  I know I have done a terrible job of posting this week and I apologize for doing so.  I have had an interesting and very busy week.  I have some surprises in the works and hope to share those surprises with you in the next few day.  In the meantime, I hope this holds you until then.

Happy Monday!!  I hope you each had a fantastic weekend!  I had a great weekend despite the weather not cooperating.  I was to go to Paducah Saturday to Sunday but snow moved it.  We only had 3 inches here but out in Paducah they had 10 inches.  I was a bit leery of the conditions of the roads and didn’t feel comfortable traveling so I stayed home.  Paducah will have to wait for another weekend.  I learned that they have quite an art area and that is one of the things I want to check out.  Friday I got to see the movie “It’s Complicated”.  It is fantastic!!!!  There are parts of it that I laughed so hard my sides hurt and yet there were parts of it that were full of wisdom.  It was well worth seeing  and I must thank my date for  taking me to it.

Today I am showing one of the Valentine’s I have made so far.  The image is by.  The pattern paper is by Martha Stewart.  The “Kisses” is by Makin Memories and the hearts and ribbon are unknown.

My gosh, it is already half way through the week.  I can’t keep up with the days anymore…they just go by so fast.  I keep thinking that those days that are slipping by so fast means that spring is a day closer.  Yahoo, spring….get here soon.  In the meantime, we are experience gloomy, rainy, weather with snow.  I guess you would call it January.    I hope your week is going great and you are able to do some art.

I created this ATC called “Vintage School Days” with an image by Lisa’s Altered Art.  The pattern paper is by Makin Memories and Cosmo Cricket.  The stamped images are by Oxford Impressions.  It is embellished with a decorative brad that I believe is by Makin Memories.

Happy Monday!!  I hope all of you are doing fantastic !!  I am doing great!  I decided after being off for 2 weeks that I had better post something today.  I know I was to post last Monday but I just couldn’t seem to get something done that I was happy about.  What is funny is that I had planned on taking that extra week and doing all sorts of art and guess what I didn’t get as much done as I saw myself doing.  Oh well I think I have enough art to keep you happy for a bit….well a few weeks at least.   So hopefully all of my faithful readers stayed despite my extra week off and will be happy with my new art.  You are all so wonderful to hang in there with me!!!

We are at the end of our first week of 2010.   Louisville awoke to snow and it turned into approximately 5-6 inches of snow.  It is so beautiful.  Since it has been untouched by man it glistens with an amazing beauty.  I know it won’t last long but it sure was wonderful to see today.

I had already planned on sharing this ATC and in celebration of the snow it seems more appropriate to do so.  I created this ATC for a mingle on Stampers Corner.  The theme of the mingle was “White on White”.    The image is by Altered Pages.  The pattern paper is by Crafty Secrets.  The “Lovely” embellishment is by Makin Memories and the flowers are by Prima.

My gosh it is hard to get back into the swing of things after the Christmas holidays, isn’t it.  I know I am having a bit of a problem…  I think my motivation got put out with the trash after Christmas.   I am only joking!!!  I do know that I need to get busy working on some art or I won’t have anything to post here.  I promise I won’t let it get that drastic!!!
